Terms and Conditions

Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the Masterclass. If a participant misses a session, no make-up session will be provided.

Certification: Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the Masterclass. If a participant misses a session, no complete certification will be provided.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Masterclass without a refund.

Materials and Recordings: All course materials, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and recordings, are the property of the Organizer and are provided for the personal use of participants only. Participants may not distribute, modify, or share these materials without prior written permission from the Organizer.

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Executive Education Programme on Sustainable Business Transformation Crafting Strategies for Long-Term Success  organized by ET Edge By registering for and attending the Masterclass, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

Registration and Payment

Registration Process: Registration for the Masterclass must be completed through the official registration form. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payment must be made through the provided payment methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.).

Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer

Program Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change the content, timing, speakers, or venue of the Masterclass if necessary.

Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• ★ Participants may cancel their registration up to [X days/weeks] before the Masterclass start date for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• ★ Cancellations made within [X days/weeks] of the Masterclass start date are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Masterclass materials are owned by the Organizer or its licensors. Participants are not permitted to use or reproduce any Masterclass materials without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: The Organizer does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in the Masterclass. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability: The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Masterclass.

Amendments

Changes to Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Organizer’s website.

By registering for the Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Data Collection: The Organizer will collect and process personal information provided by participants during registration. This information is necessary for the administration of the Masterclass and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s [Privacy Policy](link to privacy policy).

Photography and Recording: The Masterclass may be recorded and photographed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Masterclass, participants consent to being photographed and recorded. Participants waive any rights to these recordings and photographs
